Udział w zawodach może brać każdy (poza organizatorami), kto zgłosi gołębie rocznika 2020 za pomocą formularza dostępnego na tej stronie oraz spełni pozostałe warunki określone w regulaminie WG Warmia. 2. Całkowita opłata za 1 gołębia wynosi 300zł lub 75€. 3. Warunkiem uczestnictwa jest dokonanie opłaty rezerwacyjnej w wysokości 50% całkowitej ceny, czyli 150zł/37€ za każdego zgłoszonego gołębia (w terminie do 14 dni od momentu zgłoszenia) oraz wpłaty pozostałej części - nie później niż 7 dni po dostarczeniu gołębi do organizatora.

4. W przypadku niedokonania wpłaty pozostałej części opłaty, organizator ma prawo skreślić daną osobę z listy uczestników. 5. Planowany termin przyjmowania gołębi to 10.04.2020 – 20.05.2020. Każdy gołąb dostarczony do wspólnego gołębnika musi posiadać kartę własności. 6. W przypadku niedostarczenia gołębi w określonym terminie, opłata wstępna (rezerwacyjna) nie podlega zwrotowi. 7. Na WG Warmia dostarczamy gołębie 25 – 30 dniowe. Gołębie zimowe nie mogą rywalizować we wspólnym gołębniku. 8. Wskazane jest, aby gołębie zgłoszone i dostarczone do wspólnego gołębnika były zaszczepione przeciw paramyxowirozie. 9. Rodowody gołębi należy dostarczyć w terminie do 7 dni po locie finałowym lub podczas dostarczenia gołębi do organizatora. 10. Organizator planuje elektroniczną kontrolę stanu gołębnika. W dniu dostarczenia, gołębiom zostaną przydzielone obrączki elektroniczne. 11. Gołębie dostarczone do gołębnika WG Warmia podlegają rozporządzeniom organizatora. 12. Gołębie dostarczone w złej kondycji zdrowotnej lub z oznakami chorobowymi, po wcześniejszej konsultacji z właścicielem, będą usunięte humanitarnie z gołębnika. 13. Każdy uczestnik WG Warmia może zgłosić dowolną ilość drużyn składających się z 5 sztuk gołębi + 1 rezerwowy (darmowy). 14. Informujemy, że istnieje możliwość zgłaszania mniejszej liczby gołębi. Wiąże się to jednak z mniejszą szansą w mistrzostwie drużynowym. 15.Gołębie rezerwowe mogą bez opłaty zastąpić gołębie zaginione do czasu rozpoczęcia lotów konkursowych. Jeśli drużyna (5 szt.) utrzyma się na gołębniku w komplecie do czasu lotów konkursowych, wówczas uczestnik ma możliwość aktywacji gołębia rezerwowego przed 1 lotem konkursowym poprzez opłatę 150zł/37 euro. Taki gołąb brać będzie udział we wszystkich rywalizacjach oprócz drużynowej. 16. Gołębie rezerwowe, które nie zostaną aktywowane (bez opłaty), jak i te ze zgłoszonej drużyny, które nie zostały w pełni opłacone nie wchodzą do żadnej rywalizacji WG Warmia (nie będą ujmowane w punktacji). 17. Zwycięskie drużyny rywalizacji WG Warmia wyłonią 4 loty konkursowe + lot finałowy (liczy się suma punktów).
18. Plan lotów (oraganizator zastrzega prawo do zmian):
19. Loty treningowe nie liczą się do klasyfikacji AS i Drużynowej. 20. Szczegółowy wykaz miejscowości i daty lotów konkursowych oraz lotu finałowego zostaną zamieszczone na stronie internetowej WG Warmia. 21. Kierunkiem lotów będzie zachód Polski. 22. Organizator ma prawo do:
- skrócenia odległości lotu oraz zmiany terminu lotu, ze względu na trudne warunki atmosferyczne
- nie koszowania gołębi będacych w złej formie bądź takich, które wróciły dzień przed lotem
(zasada nie dotyczy lotu finałowego)
- dodatkowego podlotu (treningu) w odległości do 30km, pomiędzy lotami konkursowymi 23. Na każdy lot konkursowy, gołębie będą wkładane przez komisje wkładaniowe, składające się z organizatora oraz chętnych uczestników WG Warmia. 24. Zakończenie lotów konkursowych odbywać się będzie około godziny 22:00 (w dniu wypuszczenia), pod warunkiem, że z lotu powróci 100% gołębi punktowanych. W przeciwnym wypadku, zegar będzie włączony do 36 godzin od wypuszczenia gołębi, bez względu na ilość gołębi. 25. Podczas lotu finałowego system konstatujący zostanie odłączony po 48 godzinach od wypuszczenia gołębi, pod warnukiem, że powróci 100% gołębi punktowanych. 26. Planowana maksymalna obsada WG WARMIA w 2020 roku będzie wynosić 500 sztuk gołębi młodych.
27. System nagradzania na WG Warmia:
- Przy obsadzie 500 sztuk, całkowita pula na nagrody wyniesie 100 000 zł + nagrody w postaci pucharów + ewentualne nagrody od sponsorów WG Warmia. W przypadku nie osiągnięcia pełnej obsady gołębnika, nagrody zostaną proporcjonalnie(procentowo) pomniejszone.
- Ostateczna wysokość nagród zostanie podana na stronie wspólnego gołębnika po zakończeniu przyjmowania gołębi.
- W locie finałowym, organizator nagrodzi 40 najszybszych gołębi.

28. W rywalizacji drużynowej, sumaryczny wynik robią indywidualne wyniki 3 najszybszych gołębi danej drużyny z każdego lotu konkursowego.
Zwycięskie gołębie w rywalizacji AS będą liczone również z sumy punktów. Konkurs liczony jest na bazie 1:2 czyli 50% wkładanych gołębi. 29. Jeżeli z lotu finałowego nie powróci zakładana liczba 40 gołębi, to pozostała kwota przeznaczona, a nie wykorzystana na nagrody zostanie podzielona równo na gołębie które uczestniczyły w locie finałowym, lecz z niego nie powróciły do momentu zamknięcia lotu lub przechodzi do puli nagród kolejnego sezonu.
30. Organizator bierze na siebie niżej wymienione obowiązki związane z organizacją WG Warmia:
- zakwaterowania gołębi we wspólnym gołębniku
- humanitarnego traktowania powierzonych gołębi
- opieki weterynaryjnej nad powierzonymi gołębiami
- odpowiedniego żywienia
- prawidłowej organizacji lotów treningowych oraz konkursowych
- prowadzenia i zamieszczania na stronie internetowej odpowiedniej dokumentacji z przebiegu rywalizacji
31. Gołębie dodatkowo zostaną zaszczepione przeciw Paramyxowirozie i ospie. 32. Opiekę weterynaryjną w sezonie 2020 prowadzić będzie wyspecjalizowany lekarz weterynarii. 33. Wszystkie gołębie, które ukończą rywalizację w locie finałowym zostaną wystawione na aukcji. Dochód z aukcji zostanie podzielony pomiędzy organizatorem i uczestnikiem w stosunku 1:1 (pomniejszony o prowizję dla organizatora aukcji). 34. Cenę wywoławczą gołębia na aukcji ustala organizator w zależności od osiągniętych wyników. Cena nie może być niższa niż 100 zł /sztuka. 35. Gołębie, które nie zostaną sprzedane na aukcji, przechodzą na własność organizatora. 36. Nagrody regulaminowe zostaną wypłacane po locie finałowym w ciągu 21 dni, a środki uzyskane z aukcji będą wypłacone po zakończeniu i rozliczeniu aukcji. 37. Od nagród wysyłanych na konta zagraniczne będzie potrącana prowizja bankowa. 38. Organizator informuje iż nagrody pieniężne zostaną pomniejszone o 10% podatku dochodowego, zgodnie z polskim prawem. 39. W dniu lotu finałowego planowany jest poczęstunek dla uczestników i kibiców. 40. Regulamin może ulec zmianom. Ostateczna wersja zostanie przedstawiona przy dostarczeniu gołębi przez uczestników. 41. Potwierdzenie uczestnictwa - dostarczenie gołębi oraz wpłata należności, jest jednoznaczna z zaakceptowaniem regulaminu.

Am Wettbewerb kann jeder (außer den Organisatoren) teilnehmen, der sich mit dem auf dieser Website verfügbaren Formular für 2020 Tauben anmeldet und die anderen in den Bestimmungen der WG Warmia festgelegten Bedingungen erfüllt. 2. 4. Bei Nichtzahlung des Restbetrags hat der Veranstalter das Recht, die Person aus der Teilnehmerliste zu streichen. 5. Der geplante Termin für die Aufnahme von Tauben ist der 10.04.2020 – 20.05.2020. Jede Taube, die an einen gemeinsamen Schlag geliefert wird, muss eine Eigentums-Karte haben. 6. Wintertauben können nicht auf demselben Schlag konkurrieren. 8. Es ist ratsam, Tauben, die in den gemeinsamen Schlag gebracht und dort abgegeben werden, gegen Paramyxovirose zu impfen. 9. Taubenstammbäume sollte man einreichen bis 7 Tagen nach dem letzten Flug oder wenn die Tauben an den Veranstalter geliefert wurden. 10. Der Veranstalter plant die elektronische Kontrolle des Loft-Status. Am Tag der Lieferung erhalten die Tauben elektronische Ringe. 11. Tauben, die an das WG Warmia geliefert wurden, unterliegen den Bestimmungen des Veranstalters. 12. Tauben, die bei schlechter Gesundheit oder mit Anzeichen einer Krankheit geliefert werden, werden nach vorheriger Absprache mit dem Besitzer human vom Taubenschlag entfernt. 13. Jeder Teilnehmer an WG Warmia kann eine beliebige Anzahl von Teams einreichen, die aus 5 Tauben + 1 Reserve (kostenlos) bestehen. 14. Bitte beachten Sie, dass weniger Tauben gemeldet werden können. Dies ist jedoch mit einer geringeren Chance in der Mannschaftsmeisterschaft verbunden. 15.Reservetauben können verlorene Tauben bis zum Beginn der Wettbewerbsflüge ersetzen. Bleibt das Team (5 Stück) bis zu den Wettkampfflügen im Taubenschlag im Set komplet, hat der Teilnehmer die Möglichkeit, die Reservetaube vor dem ersten Wettkampfflug durch Zahlung von 150 PLN / 37 Euro zu aktivieren. Eine solche Taube wird an allen Wettbewerben außer der Mannschaft teilnehmen. 16. Reservetauben, die nicht aktiviert werden (ohne Bezahlung), sowie Tauben des gemeldeten Teams, die nicht vollständig bezahlt wurden, nehmen an keiner Rivalität WG Warmia teil (werden nicht in die Wertung einbezogen). 17. Die Gewinnerteams des WG Warmia-Wettbewerbs wählen 4 Wettbewerbsflüge + Endflug aus (die Summe der Punkte zählt).
18. Flugplan (der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, Änderungen vorzunehmen):
19. Trainingsflüge zählen nicht für die AS- und Mannschaftswertung. 20. Eine detaillierte Liste der Orte und Daten des Wettbewerbs und der Finalflüge wird auf der Website der WG Warmia veröffentlicht. 21. Die Flugrichtung wird der Westen Polens sein. 22. Der Veranstalter hat das Recht zu:
- die Flugstrecke zu verkürzen und das Flugdatum aufgrund schwieriger Wetterbedingungen zu Ändern.
- Die Tauben, die in schlechter Verfassung sind oder am Tag vor dem Flug zurückgekehrt sind, nicht zu mähen (Die Regel gilt nicht für den Endflug.)

27. Das Belohnungssystem bei WG Warmia:
- Bei einer Besetzung von 500 Tauben beträgt der Gesamtpreispool 100.000 PLN + Auszeichnungen in Form von Pokalen + mögliche Preise von Sponsoren der WG Warmia. Wenn die Besetzung des Lofts, Taubenschlag nicht erreicht wird, werden die Preise proportional (in Prozent) reduziert.
- Die endgültige Höhe der Preise wird nach Abschluss der Taubenaufnahme auf der gemeinsamen Loft-Website bekannt gegeben.
- Im letzten Flug wird der Veranstalter die 40 schnellsten Tauben auszeichnen.

28. Im Teamwettbewerb ergibt sich das Gesamtergebnis aus den Einzelergebnissen der 3 schnellsten Tauben eines bestimmten Teams aus jedem Wettbewerbsflug.
Gewinnertauben im AS-Wettbewerb werden ebenfalls aus der Summe der Punkte berechnet.
Der Wettbewerb wird 1: 2 berechnet, d. H. 50% der platzierten Tauben. 29. 30. Der Veranstalter übernimmt folgende Verpflichtungen im Zusammenhang mit der Organisation von WG Warmia:
- Taubenunterkunft auf dem gemeinsamen Taubenschlag
- humane Behandlung anvertrauter Tauben
- tierärztliche Versorgung anvertrauter Tauben
- richtige Ernährung
- ordnungsgemäße Organisation von Trainings- und Wettkampfflügen
- Aufbewahrung und Veröffentlichung der relevanten Dokumentation des Wettbewerbs auf der Website
31. Tauben werden zusätzlich gegen Paramyxovirose und Pocken geimpft. 32. Die tierärztliche Versorgung in der Saison 2020 wird von einem spezialisierten Tierarzt durchgeführt. 33. Alle Tauben, die den Wettbewerb im letzten Flug abschließen, werden versteigert. Die Auktionseinnahmen werden im Verhältnis 1: 1 zwischen Veranstalter und Teilnehmer aufgeteilt (abzüglich Provision für den Auktionsveranstalter). 34. Der Startpreis für eine Taube bei einer Auktion wird vom Veranstalter in Abhängigkeit von den erzielten Ergebnissen festgelegt. Der Preis kann nicht niedriger als 100 PLN / Stück sein. 35. Tauben, die nicht versteigert werden, gehen in das Eigentum des Veranstalters über. 36. . Die gesetzlichen Preise werden nach dem letzten Flug innerhalb von 21 Tagen ausgezahlt, und die aus der Auktion erhaltenen Mittel werden nach Abschluss und Abrechnung der Auktion ausgezahlt. 37. Die Bankprovision wird von den auf ausländische Konten gesendeten Preisen abgezogen. 38. Der Veranstalter teilt mit, dass die Geldpreise nach polnischem Recht um 10% der Einkommensteuer gesenkt werden. 39. Am Tag des letzten Fluges sind Erfrischungen (Treat) für Teilnehmer und Unterstützer geplant. 40. Die Bestimmungen können sich ändern. Die endgültige Version wird präsentiert, wenn die Teilnehmer Tauben liefern. 41. Bestätigung der Teilnahme - Die Lieferung von Tauben und die Zahlung der fälligen Beträge sind gleichbedeutend mit der Annahme der Vorschriften.

Each participant of WG Warmia can submit any number of teams consisting of 5 pigeons + 1 reserve (free). 14. Please be informed that it is possible to register fewer pigeons. However, this is tied to a smaller chance of winning in the team championship. 15. Reserve pigeons may replace lost pigeons at no charge until the start of competition flights. If a team (5 pcs.) stays in the loft in a whole until the time of the competition flights, the participant has the possibility to "activate" the reserve pigeon before 1 competition flight by paying 150zł/37 euro. Such a pigeon will take part in all competitions except the team championship one. 16. Reserve pigeons, that will not be activated (unpaid) as well as those from the registered team that have not been fully paid for, do not enter any WG Warmia competition (will not be included in the scores). 17. The winning teams of WG Warmia will be selected from 4 competition flights + the final flight - total points counts.

- an additional training at a distance of up to 30 km, between competition flights 23. For each competition flight, pigeons will be inserted by inserting committees, consisting of the organizer and willing participants of WG Warmia. 24. The end of competition flights will take place around 22:00 (on the day of flight), provided that 100% of scoring pigeons return from the flight. Otherwise, the clock will be on for 36 hours after pigeons are released, regardless of the number of pigeons. 25. During the final flight, the counting system will be disconnected 48 hours after the pigeons have been released. 26. The planned maximum number of pigeons in WG WARMIA in 2020 will be 500.
27. Reward system on WG Warmia:
- With a 500 pigeons, the total prize pool will be 100 000 PLN + prizes in the form of cups + possible prizes from sponsors of WG Warmia. In the event of not achieving full manning, the prizes will be reduced proportionally (in percentage).
- The final amount of the prizes will be announced on the WG Warmia page.

4th place - 1 400 PLN
5th place - 900 PLN
6-10 place - 600 PLN
Moreover, the organizer will reward the 5 fastest pigeons in the following proportions from each competition flight (except the final flight):
1 place - 300 PLN
2nd place - 200 PLN
3-5 place - 100 PLN
28. In the team championship competition, the total score is made by the individual results of the 3 fastest pigeons of a given team from each competition flight.
The winning pigeons in the AS category (best pigeon) will also be counted from the total points.
The competition is calculated on the basis of 1:2, i.e. 50% of inserted pigeons.
29. If there is no return of 40 pigeons from the final flight, the remaining amount allocated and not used for the prizes will be divided equally among the pigeons that participated in the final flight but did not return until the flight is closed or will be transferred to the next season's prize pool.
30. The Organiser takes on the following responsibilities related to the organisation of WG Warmia:
- accommodation of pigeons in a loft
- the humane treatment of the entrusted pigeons
- veterinary care of the entrusted pigeons
- proper nutrition
- proper organization of training and competition flights
- keeping and publishing on the website relevant documentation of the competition
31. Pigeons will additionally be vaccinated against Paramyxovirus and smallpox. 32. Veterinary care in the 2020 season will be carried out by a specialist veterinarian. 33. All pigeons that finish the competition in the final flight will be put up an auction. The income from the auction will be divided between the organizer and the participant at a ratio of 1:1 (reduced by the commission for the organizer of the auction). 34. The starting price of the pigeon at the auction is set by the organizer depending on the results achieved. The price cannot be lower than 100 PLN / piece. 35. Pigeons that will not be sold at the auction will become the property of the organizer. 36. Statutory prizes will be paid after the final flight within 21 days and the funds obtained from the auction will be paid after the end and settlement of the auction. 37. Bank commission will be deducted from prizes sent to foreign accounts. 38. The organizer informs that the cash prizes will be reduced by 10% of the income tax, according to Polish law. 39. On the day of the final flight there will be refreshments for participants and supporters. 40. The regulations are subject to change. The final version will be presented upon delivery of the pigeons by the participants. 41. Confirmation of participation - delivery of pigeons and payment of the fee is equivalent to acceptance of the regulations.
